Mandalika Circuits will be built from scratch, unlike tracks in Singapore and Monaco that utilize existing roads. The Mandalika Highway Circuit will be listed as the First Highway Circuit in the MotoGP race.

Mandalika Circuit will have a length of 4.32 km. The circuit has one straight line, which seems to be the start/finish line. The circuit will consist of 18 corners. It is not yet known whether the direction of rotation is clockwise or just the opposite. Some MotoGP circuits with clockwise reverse directions are Austin, Aragon, and Phillip Island.

For supporting facilities, the paddock area will have 40 garages for the operation of the racing team. While the grand stand capacity reached 93,200 seats. That does not include 138,700 areas without seating and luxury suites that can accommodate 7,700 spectators. Besides the main circuit facilities, luxury resorts will be built around the circuit to support tourism, Paramount Lombok Resort & Residence. The target, this resort can operate more than 400 rooms. Previously, Royal Pullman and Royal Tulip hotels had also been built in Mandalika.
